The ultra high pressure direct injection diesel engine which applies the common rail is the up-to-date diesel engine. The high pressure pump is an important parts of common rail system for passenger diesel car. We had developed high pressure pump with many difficulties for over 2 years. At last, we succeeded to develop the products on Feb. 27, 2004. The housing is made of aluminum applied semi-solid method for preventing oil leakage
